1. Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of the services provided by ShotCV (Arnaud Guéras, sole proprietor) on shotcv.fr: AI CV optimisation, cover letter generation, and — as a one-shot option — pro photo generation. The service is strictly reserved for personal or professional non-resale use.
2. Plans and pricing
Three monthly subscription plans: Free (free, 2 lifetime trials), Starter (€7.99/month, 30 credits + 1 pro photo), Pro (€17.99/month, unlimited capped at 10/day + 3 pro photos). All prices incl. tax, VAT not applicable (art. 293 B of the French Tax Code). Payment by card via Stripe. No commitment, cancellable anytime.
3. Renewal and cancellation
Starter and Pro subscriptions renew automatically each month on the same card. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription → "Manage subscription" (Stripe Customer Portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period: you keep access until then, then automatically revert to Free. No prorated refund.
4. Credits and limits
One credit = one CV boost or one cover letter generation. Starter credits (30/month) reset at every renewal and are NOT cumulative. Pro plan is unlimited within 10 boosts/day (anti-abuse, anti-bot, anti-account-sharing). Free trials are lifetime: 2 per user, non-renewable.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered electronically once performance has begun with the consumer's express consent. By starting your first CV boost or clicking "Subscribe", you expressly accept immediate service start and waive your right of withdrawal. This waiver does NOT apply to one-shot photo packs as long as generation hasn't started (cancellation possible before selfie upload).
6. Intellectual property
The customer retains full rights over CVs, letters and photos generated from their data. ShotCV does not reuse, republish or commercialize any customer content without explicit written authorization. CV templates and the application code remain the exclusive property of ShotCV.
7. Personal data
Detailed processing in the privacy policy. Source CV and applications kept 12 months after last account activity. Account deletion = immediate erasure of all personal data (email, CV, applications, letters, subscription). Pro photo selfies deleted within 24h after generation.
8. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, and after amicable resolution attempt (consumer mediator), the competent court is that of the customer's domicile (consumer) or Paris (professional).
