How do I cancel my subscription?
Anytime from Settings → Subscription → "Manage subscription" (Stripe Customer Portal). No commitment, no minimum period. You keep access until the end of the current period, then automatically revert to the Free plan.
Do credits roll over month to month?
No. Starter credits (30/month) reset at every renewal. The Pro plan is unlimited (capped at 10/day to prevent abuse). It's our safeguard against bots and account sharing.
What about pro photos?
Included as a bonus in your plans: 1 photo/month on Starter, 3/month on Pro. Otherwise available as one-shot packs (Trial €3.99 for 1 photo, Solo €6.99 for 2, Pack €14.99 for 5, Career €24.99 for 10) with non-expiring credits.

Go to Settings → Subscription → "Manage my subscription". You land on the Stripe customer portal where cancellation takes one click. No cancellation fee, no minimum commitment: you keep access until the end of your paid period.
Does ShotCV invent experiences on my resume?
No. The ShotCV system prompt is designed to only rephrase what's already in your source resume. If a skill or degree isn't there, the AI won't add it. You stay in full control of accuracy — no risk of unintentional lies to the recruiter.
